Hotfix 2021.4.2: Azure AD Login Issues

There was a change to our integration with Microsoft Azure Active Directory in our 2021.4.1 Service Update. The change was related to a deprecation of the previous Microsoft Azure API and migration to the new Azure AD Graph API. The update went through QA testing as well as testing in the live environment.

For some customers, however, there were configuration differences which caused issues that were not caught in the QA phase to surface. This release addresses those issues.
