Workplace Mobile 4.0

Release Notes
We're pleased to announce Workplace Mobile 4.0. In this release, we've made significant changes to Workplace Mobile to bring it into line with our latest Workplace technologies and interface changes to make it more consistent ever-evolving OS norms.
Features

We're happy to say that Workplace Mobile for iOS now supports dark mode. Save your eyes (or at least some battery life) while you share your files with Workplace.
Changes

We've made significant changes to the back end engine that drives your Workplace sync processes by leveraging the Workplace v10 technology. This allows us to provide a more consistent experience across Workplace components.

In pursuit of a consistent user interface and identical functionality across platforms, we've made a variety of user interface enhancements, including live sync status icons for all file and folders.

When you view your Workplace folders, the list view is still the initial default and you can still switch to gallery view, but Workplace Mobile will now remember your preferences on a per-folder basis instead of applying your selection globally.

Some of the options that used to be nested under Settings on the account menu have been moved to the account menu to make them more accessible.
The items that have moved are:
- Help
- Privacy Policy
- Review App
- About

Scribble will no longer be available in our Workplace Mobile app. It was underutilized, and our "Open With..." function grants you a much richer feature set through other third party apps
Scribble has been temporarily re-enabled. Scribble will be permanent deprecated in our next release (Mobile 4.1), however we will replace the Scribble functionality using different mechanism so that the feature set is retained.
Issue Resolutions

As a result of changes in iOS13, the Share > Open In > Workplace option was not consistently available. While it was still possible to locate the function, the experience was inconsistent. The issue has been resolved.

Uploading video files over 500MB via Workplace Mobile for iOS sometimes failed to complete. The back end processes that handle this have been updated and the issue has been resolved.
