Google Docs Integration

PERMISSIONS  Full Access or Team Access privileges in Workplace Manager

PERMISSIONS   Access the client's Workplace Online > Configuration > Integrations

This topic explains how to manage the Google Docs integration for your team.

How to...

  1. Access the client's Workplace Online with a Full Access or Team Access or team Administrator or Super Administrator account.
  2. Go to Configuration > Integrations:
  3. On the Google Docs tile, toggle the switch to Enabled.

  3. On the Google Docs tile, toggle the switch to Disabled.

  3. On the Google Docs tile, click the Setup or Manage button. The Google Docs page will display:
  4. Click the Configure button to expand the configuration area at the top of the page:
  5. Use the table below to configure Google Docs:
Setting What it does How to use it
Allow Self Configuration Allows the user to configure the desired cloud service accounts themselves. Toggle the switch on (dark blue).

Restrict Cloud Accounts

(only available when Google Docs is selected)

 Restricts linked cloud service accounts to certain domains. Toggle the switch on (dark blue), then enter the appropriate domain. To add more than one, separate the domains with a comma.

  1. Click Save.

  1. Hover over the user record and click the icon, or right-click the user record.
  2. Select Connect With Google Docs.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
  1. Hover over the user record and click the icon, or right-click the user record.
  2. Select Disconnect From Google Docs.
  3. Click Disconnect in the warning popup to confirm your action.

NOTE  You may not select multiple users for this process.

  1. Click a user. This will open the Manage Partner Apps page for that user.
  2. Make adjustments as needed.
