Workplace Online should be accessed from a single web browser window. You may be logged out of the service if you load Workplace Online in multiple browser windows/tabs.
Workplace Online is supported in the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Edge 38 or later
- Mozilla Firefox 4 and later
- Apple Safari 6 and later
- Google Chrome 10 and later
NOTE Dragging & dropping folders via Workplace Online is only supported in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
NOTE Cookies and javascript must both be enabled in your browser.
