Workplace Manager user details
SECURITY Full Access privileges in Workplace Manager

> Workplace Manager Access > Users tab > click user
NAVIGATION
> Workplace Manager Access > Users tab > right click user > View User
On this page, Full Access users can review details about a Workplace Manager user, resend a welcome email to the user, send a password reset email, or delete the user account.
NOTE To reset a user's two-factor authentication, refer to Workplace Manager Access .
The Workplace Manager User Detail page also provides access to the Create or edit Workplace Manager userspage if you wish to update user information.

- Click the Edit Workplace Manager User button. This will open the Create or edit Workplace Manager userspage.
- Update fields as necessary.
- Click the Save button.
NOTE If you change the email address of a user, be sure to send them their new username.

IMPORTANT Deletion of Workplace Manager users cannot be undone. If you delete a user in error, you will have to create their account again.
NOTE You cannot delete your own user account.
- Click the Delete User button. This will open the Delete User confirmation page.
- Click the Delete button.

Click the Send Password Reset Email button. The email will be sent automatically, enabling the user to reset their own password.

Click the Resend Welcome Email button. The email will be sent automatically, allowing the user to complete setup of their Workplace Manager account.
