QUESTION   How can I tell which version of the Workplace app I've got?

ANSWER  Look at your menu bar/taskbar.

If you see this icon, you have Workplace for Windows and Mac (v10 or later). For a specific version number, go to Taskbar/menu bar > > > About...

If you see this icon, you have Workplace Desktop. For a specific version number, go to:

Windows taskbar > > About...
or
Mac menu bar > > Preferences... > About tab
