ANSWER  A Super Administrator on the team must grant you those privileges.

We realize that, as a service provider, you may wish to take a more hands-on approach to helping your teams manage their projects, especially when it comes to functions like restoring items. In order to do that, you'll need Super Administrator privileges.

To obtain those permissions, ask a current Super Administrator on the team to grant you those permissions. To enable project management access for you, they will go to the Manage Projects page in Workplace Online and follow the instructions outlined here: Enable Super Admin access for your service provider.
