QUESTION   The help icon and walk-throughs don't display/run.

Users aren't seeing the help icon, which means they can't access the help menu and step by step walk-throughs.

In addition, walk-throughs that run automatically are not appearing.

ANSWER  1. If you are using Safari, your security settings must be configured to allow these features to appear.

To confirm that your Safari settings are correct, just follow these steps:

  1. From the Safari menu, select Preferences.
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. Confirm that the Block all cookies check box is cleared.
  4. In Privacy Settings, confirm that Prevent Cross-site tracking is not enabled.

ANSWER  2. Walk-throughs do not work if you are browsing in incognito mode.
