QUESTION   Can I remotely access the files on my computer using Workplace?

I'm away from my computer. Can I access my files stored on that computer anyway?

ANSWER  You can access files from any device if your computer is online.

If your computer is online and the Allow me to remotely access my computer option is selected in your Workplace Preferences and your administrator has enabled the remote access policy, you will be able to remotely navigate your computer's file structure. Refer to Select Policies or Policy Defaults for information on how to enable or disable remote access.

To access files remotely:

1. Log in to Workplace Online.
2. Go to Devices.
3. Click the computer you wish to access.
4. Click the Remote Access tab.
