QUESTION   When remote users are connected via VPN, the Workplace app is syncing through Workplace Server. How do I stop this from happening?

ANSWER  Block the port in your VPN concentrator.

The default port is 31001, but you can change it in the Workplace Server Configure IP settings. Please refer to Server details for more information.
