Release Notes
We're pleased to present our 2022.1.1 Service Update.
The stability and security of our service is always central to our development efforts. All service updates contain improvements related to that goal; those improvements may also enhance app performance. This release also contains minor user interface corrections that are not detailed in these release notes.
The following issues have been resolved in this release:
Two issues concerning saving the selections made on the Set Team Defaults page and applying those selections to the Add a user page were detected.
Both of these issues have been resolved and all default fields are once again saved and applied as designed.
In certain extremely high-traffic situations on a given team, Workplace server installations can potentially stop syncing. In our resolution of this issue, we have ensured that the appropriate event priorities are applied and syncing can resume immediately.
A subset of U.S. Workplace customers using backup did not receive backup alert emails that should be sent to configured recipients. The issue is resolved and alerts are now always sent.
When configuring the Okta SSO integration, selections made in the SSO Login Exclusions list could not be saved. The issue has been resolved and selections can be saved.
On the File sharing API integrations page, the Endpoint URL field did not display the cell associated with the endpoint. The field now displays the regional cell in which the endpoint is located so that the API call is always directed correctly.
Regardless of the formatting and time zone preferences set in Workplace Online (by the user sharing an item) and the local settings of the share recipient, the Modified Date field on the Public Shares view displayed in dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM format in the GMT-8 time zone.
The information in question will now respect the settings, location, and time zone of the browser in which the user is viewing the page.
In the email report sent to configured recipients in the event of a malware incident, extra characters appeared before the file path of the affected file. The characters no longer appear.
On the File sharing API integrations page, the hyperlink labeled Learn more about sharing... was broken. The link now opens the appropriate help file.
On devices lists, the system still displayed Windows 11 devices as Windows 10 devices. The issue has been resolved wherever applicable.
We've made several small corrections and updates to the wording on some pages. We've also corrected minor visual bugs in the UI. These changes do not affect functionality.
