Release Notes
We're pleased to present our 2022.2.1 Service Update.
The stability and security of our service is always central to our development efforts. All service updates contain improvements related to that goal; those improvements may also enhance app performance. This release also contains minor user interface and branding corrections, as well as SSO and AD stability enhancements that are not detailed specifically in these release notes.
The following issue resolutions are included in this release:
In an issue known to have affected a very small number of users, logging into Workplace Manager resulted in the display of an error message. These users were, however, able to successfully log in after closing the error message. The issue has been resolved.
An region selection field was displayed at the top of the Create or edit a team page in Workplace Manager when in "create" mode. The field has been removed.
When a default online editing app was set and a user chose to open a file using the new Edit Online function described in our Workplace for Windows and Mac v10.4.2 release notes, they were still prompted to select an online editor. While they were still able to successfully open and edit the file in the editor of their choice, the system did not automatically open the file in the default editor. The issue has been resolved, and files opened in this manner will now automatically launch in the default editor.
A team report related to policy settings indicated that all policies changed when in fact only one policy was adjusted. The report has been corrected and now displays only policies that have changed.
We've adjusted the information in the popup window that displays when you choose to reset your Autotask or Connectwise integration to more accurately reflect the results of such a reset.
