2023.1 Service Update
February 6, 2023
Release Notes
We're pleased to bring you our 2023.1 Service Update.
The stability and security of our service is always central to our development efforts. All service updates contain improvements related to that goal; those improvements may also enhance app performance. This release also contains minor user interface corrections that are not detailed in these release notes.
Enhancements & Changes
We've made improvements to the "data collector" that pulls information from all teams to Workplace Manager Users tab, to improve cross-cell data retrieval performance. We've also added progressive page load capabilities to this page.
This should result in an improved experience when initially loading this page, as well as faster performance when filtering and sorting the items displayed, especially in cases in which a great many records are returned.
We've modified the Workplace Online global search to immediately display the Show all search results option at the top of the results dropdown list. So even if that dropdown takes a moment to load, you don't have to wait for it to finish. You can drill immediately to the detailed search results list, which includes features like filters and sorting.
We've updated the top navigation bar, typography, popup windows, confirmation banners, and other user interface elements in Workplace Manager to present a common look and feel with the entire KaseyaOne product suite.
Almost all functionality remains the same, but you will notice that the Admin menu has been removed. All items formerly located under the Admin menu have been moved to the menu, located at the right side of the top navigation area.
Fixes
In addition to the issue resolutions list below, we continue to make small interface corrections and changes, as well as general improvements to enhance stability, performance, and the end user experience.
We've corrected a series of issues associated with the Linked account change enhancement in our 2022.4 Service Update released on December 5, 2022. The deployment of this group of fixes caused temporary account linking issues which resolved as soon as all cells were updated. Users should no longer experience problems with linking or unlinking accounts.
The Workplace/Autotask integration displayed and allowed a partner to select Autotask contracts of types other than Recurring Service. Only recurring service contracts should be available to sync to Workplace. The integration has been corrected.
A bug prevented the addition of 10-digit phone numbers (and therefore all New Zealand cell phone numbers) in the Add a user interface. We've fixed the issue, and such phone numbers are now accepted.
File lists, when sorted by file name, did not display in the correct order if the file names started with numbers. We're fixed the problems and file lists now sort as expected.
