QUESTION   I didn't receive a "Welcome" email for my Workplace account.

I know my team administrator added me to a Workplace team, but I didn't get a "Welcome" email from Workplace. What happened to it?

ANSWER  It may have been mistakenly flagged as spam

Check the spam folder in your email application to ensure the email has not been incorrectly identified as spam.

If you use gmail, also check the promotions and other labels to ensure the email was not automatically sorted into one of these areas.

SECURITY  If the Suppress Welcome Emails policy is enabled, welcome emails will not be automatically sent. Refer to Select PoliciesYou may always resend the welcome email to a user from the User details page, or from the right-click menu on the Users page.
