Why don't I see all the storage included in my subscription?
I have storage available to my Workplace users. Why isn't it available to my users?
ANSWER You have to allocate the storage to users.
Your available storage must be allocated to your users in order to be used.
SECURITY You must be an administrator or super administrator in order to allocate storage.

To adjust the amount of storage allocated to one specific user, refer to Edit a user.
To adjust the amount of storage that is assigned to new users by default, refer to Policy Profile Detail.
