2018.4.1 Service Update

The trial sign-up page now displays the branding (logo and color scheme) that you've selected on your Workplace Branding page.

To view the trial sign-up page:

1. Log into Workplace Manager.
2. Go to the Teams tab.
3. Click the Show Signup URL button. A popup window displays.
4. Click the URL to copy it.
5. Paste the URL into the address bar of your browser. Your branded sign-up page displays:
   

You can now access our Training Webinars page from the help menu in Workplace Manager:

Our last update introduced an issue whereby devices pending approval did not appear in the Devices Pending Approval widget on the Workplace Manager Dashboard. These devices now display.

When matching a Workplace Manager team to an Autotask account, the system was unable to retrieve account names if they contained an apostrophe. The search function will now find Autotask accounts with apostrophes in their names.

Active Directory scheduled and manual syncs resulted in a "Internal error while working with groups" error message. The issue has been resolved.
